If I'm on a VPN and try to access DW, I get a 403 Forbidden page.

Right now I'm unable to access Dreamwidth while using NordVPN (403 Forbidden error). I realize it can be difficult to distinguish legitimate users who are using a VPN from malicious activity... but you do have legitimate users who access the site through a VPN.
